A Project Manager assigned by Kaman will assess your current storeroom processes. After determining the necessary level of staffing support, the Project Manager recruits and trains the needed personnel. This Integrated Supply team is responsible for modifying storeroom procedures and developing a base of suppliers to ensure inventory is properly aligned and redundant processes are eliminated. We utilize the SumTotal Materials Management Software to facilitate this integration, eliminating the need for services formerly managed in-house by customers.
