    Precision positioning, Motor to lead screw, Motor to ball screw, High speed up to 10000 RPM

    Balanced design for reduced vibration at speeds up to 10,000 RPM. Signle disc style allows for installation in confined spaces. Anodized aluminum hubs for low inertia. Screws are used to mount the disc springs, as opposed to rivets, to maintain consistent zero-backlash performance. Special designs available for customized torque and misalignment capabilities. Inch, metric, and inch to metric bores with or without keyways available from stock. Hardware exceeds industry standards for maximum torque capabilities. Manufactured by Ruland in our Marlborough, MA factory under strict controls using proprietary processes. Thin stainless steel disc springs provide for long life and accommodate large amounts of misalignment. Center spacers on double disc couplings are available in anodized aluminum for increased torque capacity or insulating acetal for electrical isolation.
