We can perform warranty work for most major manufacturers, are one of only two SKF/MRC certified shops in South Florida and are EASA approved.

We will disassemble and clean all parts of your mechanical apparatus and inspect them to ensure that they are within factory tolerances. We will replace all applicable component parts with the highest quality manufacturers available for your equipment like SKF / MRC bearings and seals just to name a few. When required, all other parts supplied by the original manufacturer of the pump and the unit are reassembled to factory specifications.

Our service technicians can remove and/or install your pump.

Balancing

We are fully-trained and certified to balance any and all industrial rotating equipment, and can do so at our repair facilities. The balancing machine located in our facilities can accommodate rotating devices that weigh up to 5,000 pounds and are up to ten feet long.

On-Site Services

With two full-service overhaul shops for motor, pump and gear reducer repairs, we are fully-equipped to meet your needs. We are capable of visiting your site, removing and transporting the defective unit to our shop for repair and installing the rebuilt unit in a timely manner.

Motors

We are able to rewind and repair electric motors and use only inverter spike resistant (ISR) wire when rewinding motors. Installing SKF or MRC bearings and using “H” class insulation, we test all motors at full voltage before returning them to you. We also provide a one-year warranty on all completely rewound motors. If you don’t have time to wait for your motor to be repaired, we have a comprehensive inventory of new motors available.

Pumps

For pump repairs, we disassemble and clean all parts, inspect parts to ensure they are within factory tolerances, replace all bearings with new SKF or MRC bearings and replace mechanical or packing seals and gaskets. When required, all other parts are supplied by the original pump manufacturer and the unit is reassembled according to factory specifications.

Gear Reducers

Upon receipt of your gear reducer, your unit is disassembled and inspected for wear and tolerances. We only use high-quality SKF and MRC bearings for repairs, and use original equipment manufactured parts whenever possible. Once your gear reducer is assembled, all repairs are tested and your equipment is returned to you in almost-new condition. Our repairs provide your gear motor with extended, trouble-free service.

Motor & Bearing Protection

Motors operated by variable frequency drives (VFD) are vulnerable to VFD-induced shaft voltages and bearing currents that can cause premature bearing failure - often in as little as 3 months. The result is costly repairs, downtime, and lost production.

VFD-induced current damage is often overlooked until it is too late to save your motor. AEGIS® Shaft Grounding rings effectively channel harmful VFD induced shaft voltages away from bearings.

Drive Services

A variable frequency drive (VFD) is used with AC electric motors to control rotational speed. VFDs improve motor efficiency, lower starting currents and maintenance costs. They also reduce thermal and mechanical motor and component stresses during start-up.
